Unless the context otherwise requires capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.Pursuant to the Subscription Agreement Completion is subject to fulfilment of the conditions precedent on or before the long stop date being 31 March 2024 or such other date as agreed between the parties to the Subscription Agreement.
