Unless the context requires otherwise capitalized terms used herein shall bear the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.As stated in the Announcement a circular (the “Circular”) containing among other things (i) further details of the Bond Subscription Agreement and the transactions contemplated thereunder; (ii) other information as required by the Listing Rules; and (iii) a notice convening the EGM and the proxy form in respect of the EGM was expected to be despatched to the Shareholders on or before July 12 2024.
