Following Standard Chartered PLC’s annual general meeting held on 10 May 2024 Standard Chartered PLC’s share voting structure has been amended so that ordinary shareholders have one vote for every ordinary share they hold. This figure for the total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in Standard Chartered PLC under the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
