References are made to the announcements of the Company dated 1 February 2024 23 April 2024 and 7 May 2024 (collectively the “Announcements”) in relation to among other things the proposed H Share full circulation plan of the Company the filing notice issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission in relation to the H Share full circulation plan and the listing approval granted by the Stock Exchange.
