Recently the Bank received the “Qualification Approval ofZhang Shouchuan as Senior Executive Vice President of Industrial and Commercial Bankof China by the National Financial Regulatory Administration” (Jin Fu [2024] No.409).Pursuant to the relevant requirements the qualification of Mr. Zhang Shouchuan as Senior Executive Vice President of the Bank has been approved by the National Financial Regulatory Administration.
