Mr. WANG Zhiheng was appointed as the President of the Bank at the meeting of the Board held on 6 June 2024 subject to the ratification of his qualification by the National Financial Regulatory Administration.The Bank received the Approval on the Qualification of Mr. WANG Zhiheng as President of Agricultural Bank of China Limited (Jin Fu [2024] No. 442) from the National Financial Regulatory Administration today.
