Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the announcement dated 23 May 2024 unless otherwise stated.As disclosed in the announcement of the Company dated 21 June 2024 the date of Completion of the Subscription has been extended to 26 June 2024 upon the mutual agreement between the Company and the Subscriber.The Company has been notified by the Subscriber that additional time is required for the execution of documents for Completion arrangement of proceeds for the Subscription and other administrative work as the ultimate beneficial owner of the Subscriber is the Local State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
