Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement unless otherwise stated.The conditions precedent under the Subscription Agreement has been fulfilled on 14 June 2024. As disclosed in the Announcement the Completion shall take place on a date falling on the fifth Business Day after the fulfillment of the conditions set out in the Announcement (or such other date as may be agreed between the Company and the Subscriber in writing).As additional time is required for the Company and the Subscriber to finish the administrative works of the Subscription the Company and the Subscriber mutually agree to extend the Completion date to 26 June 2024 in writing.*　For identification purpose only 1Save and except for the aforesaid change all other terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement remain unchanged and continue in full force and effect.
