International Group Limited (the “Company”) dated 24 May 2024 in relation to among others the very substantial acquisition and connected transaction in relation to the acquisition of the Target Company. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular unless otherwise specified.Regarding the valuation report on the Target Group as disclosed in Appendix VI to the Circular the Board would like to provide additional information in relation to the professional qualifications of the valuer Mr. Kenny Li (“Mr. Li”) who is the director of Business Valuation in Roma Appraisals Limited. Mr. Li is a member of CFA Institute a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an international certified valuation specialist of International Association of Certified Valuation Specialists. He has over 10 years of experience in valuation and advisory services in Hong Kong and the PRC.Save as disclosed above the Board confirms that all information in the Circular and the notice of EGM remains unchanged.
