The aggregate issuance amount of the Ultra Short-term Debentures was RMB1.0 billion with a term of 183 days nominal value per unit of RMB100 and coupon rate of 1.73%. The interest shall be accrued from 11 July 2024.China Everbright Bank Company Limited was the lead underwriter for the public offering of the Ultra Short-term Debentures.
