Unless otherwise defined capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.The Company has kept active communication with the Petitioner so as to dismiss the Petition. On 28 June 2024 the Petitioner has entered into an agreement with a third party and completed the transfer of Bond B to such third party (the “New Holder”) who is independent of and not connected with the Company and its connected person and not otherwise a connected person of the Company.
