Ltd. (the “Company”) pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Listing Rules”) and Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated April 26 2024 (the “Announcement”) in relation to among other things the application for the full circulation of the shares by the Company. Unless otherwise defined capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.The Company has recently submitted the filing with the CSRC in relation to the implementation of full circulation of the shares by the Company. The board of directors (the “Board”) of the Company is pleased to announce that the CSRC published a filing notice (the “Filing Notice”) on its website in relation to the full circulation of the shares by the Company on June 28 2024 and confirmed the relevant information and the filing application for the conversion and listing has been completed.
