Unless otherwise defined herein capitalized terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.The Company would like to announce that the Chief Justice of the Commercial Court of the Supreme Court Bermuda adjourned the hearing of the Petition to Friday 4 October 2024 (Bermuda time).
