董事会会议通告

The board of directors (the “Board”) of 上海交大慧谷信息产业股份有限公司(Shanghai Jiaoda Withub Information Industrial Company Limited*) (the“Company”, together with its subsidiaries, collectively, the “Group”) herebyannounces that a meeting of the Board will be held at Building A, Shanghai JiaodaWithub Information Park, No. 951 Panyu Road, Shanghai, the People’s Republic ofChina on 3 August 2020 for the following purposes:

1. To consider and approve the unaudited financial statements of the Group for thesix months ended 30 June 2020 (the “Interim Results”) and approve thepublication of draft announcement of the Interim Results on the website of theGEM of the Stock Exchange;

2. To consider the payment of an interim dividend, if any;

3. To consider the closure of the register of members, if necessary; and

4. To transact any other businesses.
