Mr. Fu resigned as a vice president of the Company due to work adjustments.Mr. Fu will continue to serve as a member of the Party Committee and secretary of the commission for discipline inspection of the Company after his resignation. Mr. Fu has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no other matters relating to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders and creditors of the Company.
