Ltd* the “Company”) dated 10 May 2024 and 12 June 2024 (the “Announcements”) the notice of the extraordinary general meeting (the “EGM”) dated 14 May 2024 the circular of the EGM dated 14 May 2024 (the “Circular”) and the announcement of the poll results of the EGM dated 30 May 2024 in relation to among other things change of company name. Unless the context otherwise requires terms used in this announcement have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular.As set out in the Announcements Qingdao Administration for Market Regulation has completed theregistration of the change of the Company’s name from “Qingdao AInnovation Technology GroupCo. Ltd*” to “AInnovation Technology Group Co. Ltd*” and issued the new business license on 12 June 2024. On 26 June 2024 the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong issued the Certificate of Registration of Alteration of Name of Registered Non-Hong Kong Company confirming that as anon-Hong Kong company the registered name of the Company has been changed from “青岛创新奇智科技集团股份有限公司 (Qingdao AInnovation Technology Group Co. Ltd*)” to “创新奇智科技集团股份有限公司 (AInnovation Technology Group Co. Ltd*)”.? 1 ?The change of company name will not affect any rights of the holders of securities of the Company.All existing certificates of securities in issue bearing the former name of the Company will continue to be evidence of title to such securities and the existing share certificates will continue to be valid for trading settlement registration and delivery purposes.
