Limited Reference is made to the announcement of Labixiaoxin Snacks Group Limited (the “Company”) dated 13 May 2024 and the circular of the Company dated 5 June 2024 (the “Circular”) in relation to among other things the allotment and issue of New Shares pursuant to the specific mandate. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular unless the context requires otherwise.The Board is pleased to announce that all conditions in the Subscription Agreement have been fulfilled and completion took place on 5 July 2024 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement.
