The board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) wishes to inform shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) and potential investors that based on the preliminary assessment by the Company’s management according to the Group’s latest unaudited consolidated management accounts and the other information currently available it is expected that the loss attributable to Shareholders for the year ended 31 March 2024 (“FY2024”) will increase by approximately 60% to 70% as compared to a loss attributable to Shareholders of approximately HK$39.8 million for the year ended 31 March 2023. The increase in net loss was mainly attributable to the provision for impairment loss on interests in a joint venture and an increase in share of loss of an associate for FY2024.The Company is currently finalizing the consolidated financial results of the Group for FY2024.
