DATE OF BOARD MEETING AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF 2024 INTERIM RESULTS The board of directors (the “Board”) of HUTCHMED (China) Limited (the “Company”) announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on Wednesday July 31 2024 for the purpose of inter alia approving the interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended June 30 2024 and its publication at 7:00 pm (Hong Kong Time) on the same day.Subsequent to approval and publication the management of the Company will conduct an English conference call and audio webcast presentation with Q&A at 8:00 pm (Hong Kong Time) on the same day. The Chinese (Putonghua) webcast will be held at 8:30 am (Hong Kong Time) on Thursday August 1 2024. Both webcasts will be available live via the website of the Company at www.hutch-med.com/event/. The presentation will be available for downloading before the conference call begins.
